VIC Guidelines

The VIC guideline document is a document that provide the basic daily operational guidelines for a Visitor Information Centre (VIC). It should be noted that this document serves as a guide for VIC daily operations and does not seek to replace the VIC's operational policies. VICs need to understand the issues that are relevant to their business and demonstrate compliance with any regulations that are appropriate to the business to uphold the set standards. This document covers the key areas of VIC operation that must always be taken into account as part of day-to-day operational procedures at a VIC.
